The tethrarxitet (also called tethrato-tethrato-tethrathoth) is equal to E100#^^^#4=E100#^^#^^#^^#100 in Extended Cascading-E Notation.[1] The term was coined by Sbiis Saibian.

The name "tethrarxitet" is based on the number tethrathoth, "arx-" meaning "citadel" in Latin, and "tet", from the prefix "tetra", meaning four.

The name "tethrato-tethrato-tethrathoth" is based on the "tethrato-" operator and the number tethrato-tethrathoth.
