Not to be confused with sescentillion.

sexcentillion is equal to \(10^{321}\) in the short scale and \(10^{636}\) in the long scale by Conway and Guy's naming system[1][2][3][4] as it is the 106th -illion number.

In the long scale, \(10^{321}\) is called tresquinquagintilliard.

Approximations[]

For the short scale:

Notation Lower bound Upper bound
Scientific notation \(1\times10^{321}\)
Arrow notation \(10\uparrow 321\)
Taro's multivariable Ackermann function A(3,1063) A(3,1064)
BEAF {10,321}
Hyper-E notation E321
Fast-growing hierarchy \(f_2(1056)\) \(f_2(1057)\)
Hardy hierarchy \(H_{\omega^2}(1056)\) \(H_{\omega^2}(1057)\)

For the long scale:

Notation Lower bound Upper bound
Scientific notation \(1\times10^{636}\)
Arrow notation \(10\uparrow 636\)
Taro's multivariable Ackermann function A(3,2109) A(3,2110)
BEAF {10,636}
Hyper-E notation E636
Fast-growing hierarchy \(f_2(2101)\) \(f_2(2102)\)
Hardy hierarchy \(H_{\omega^2}(2101)\) \(H_{\omega^2}(2102)\)
