A quindecillion or octilliad[1] is equal to 1048 in America, or 1090 in France and Germany.[2] It is the 15th -illion.

In the long scale, 1048 is called octillion, which is commonly used in France and Germany.

This number is also called hexadekillion in Russ Rowlett's Greek-based naming system.[3]

1048 is also called Ji (極,极 in Chinese) or Goku (ごく in Japanese)[4] in both Japanese counting system and Chinese counting system.
