The EMPS (from Extended Munafo Prefix System) is the prefix-naming system devised by Robert Munafo.[1]

It works thus:

n-etta- (where n is latin prefix like:novem, decim and so on) means 10((n-1)-illion value)

And n-emo- means 10-((n-1)-illion value).

Examples

Prefix Meaning Reciprocal Meaning
Novetta- 1027 Novemo- 10-27
Decetta- 1030 Decemo- 10-30
Undecetta- 1033 Undecemo- 10-33
Duodecetta- 1036 Duodecemo- 10-36
Tredecetta- 1039 Tredecemo- 10-39

And so on.
